Vindalia is the events house of Fyndig. Fyndig builds technology for real-world problems; Vindalia brings the same care for detail to the moments families remember.

We start with the people in the room: who is travelling, who needs a quiet corner, which ritual matters most to your grandmother. Then we design the decor, book the vendors and run the day so you can be a guest at your own celebration.

Do you plan weddings now?

Weddings are coming soon. We're building our wedding team and vendor network first. Join the wedding list through the form and we'll contact you as soon as bookings open.

How early should we book?

For family events, 3–4 weeks is comfortable and 10 days is possible for smaller gatherings. Auspicious dates fill up fast, so tell us the muhurtham early.

How do payments work?

A 30–40% advance confirms the date, 50% is due a week before the event and the balance on the day. Vendor costs are billed exactly as quoted.

Can we book only a photographer or video editor?

Yes. Our photographers, videographers and video editors can be booked with any Vindalia package or on their own. Tell us the event, date and what you need, and we'll send a quote.

Can you work with our own vendors?

Yes. Our Day-of Coordination package is built for families who have booked their own vendors and want a calm team to run the day.

Do you arrange stay and travel in Tirupati?

Yes, for guests coming to celebrations in Tirupati we help with hotels, local transport and timing around temple visits.
